1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FunBlok Playrooms website (blok.mobi2322.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

FunBlok Playrooms provides indoor playground facilities, birthday party services, arts and crafts workshops, drop-in childcare, and related services for children in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Service availability and hours are subject to change.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes (HST). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

4. Cancellation Policy

Drop-in play sessions: No reservation required. Party bookings: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

5. Safety and Conduct

For the safety of all children and visitors:

  • Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless enrolled in our childcare program
  • Socks must be worn in all play areas (available for purchase)
  • Outside food is not permitted (allergies consideration)
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals who engage in unsafe behavior
  • Children who appear ill will not be permitted to use the facilities

6. Liability Waiver

By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks. FunBlok Playrooms, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our facilities, except in cases of gross negligence. A waiver must be signed before use of the facilities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of FunBlok Playrooms and is protected by Canadian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
